Certified Nurse Aides and Home Health Aides must be able to check and monitor an individual’s vital signs. This is to identify problems and alert nurses and other healthcare providers of any changes. Nurse aides and Home Health Aides also need to observe patients over a period of time. They are crucial employees in monitoring any patterns and developments.
In CareBridge Academy classes, students will learn the body’s normal vital ranges, how to take and record the data, and when assistance may be needed. In addition, students will gain knowledge on how to monitor vital signs in real-life scenarios.
